The Subscription section in the Tenant Admin portal serves as the central hub for tracking your organization's ACCELQ licenses. It provides a real-time view of your current plans, license utilization, add-on consumption, and upcoming renewal dates.
Role Required: Tenant Admin
Navigation: Open Tenant Admin Portal, and click left-nav section: Subscription.
Core Platform Subscription
The Core Platform tab displays your primary ACCELQ product licenses.
Understanding the License Table
Each row in the table represents a distinct line item from your purchase order.
Product: Indicates the specific product or combination of capabilities included in this license pack (e.g., "Web Automate", "Web + Mobile", "Manual + API").
Access Type: Defines the level of interaction granted to the license holder:
Full Access: Unrestricted access to all automation entities (Actions, Contexts, Resources, etc.).
SME (Subject Matter Expert): Restricted access designed for business users. These users can build and execute Scenarios and Test Suites, but cannot modify technical assets like Actions or Contexts.
Count: The total number of licenses purchased for this specific line item.
Assigned: The number of licenses currently allocated to active users.
Viewing Assignments
To see exactly who is consuming a specific license type:
Locate the product row.
Click the number link in the Assigned column (e.g., "03 Assigned").
A pop-up will display the list of specific users currently holding that license.
How to Assign Core Licenses
Licenses are assigned at the User level, not directly from the Subscription page.
Navigate to Tenant Admin > Manage Users.
Right-click on a user row and select Edit License Assignment (or assign during new user creation).
Select the appropriate Subscription and Access Type for that user.
Multiple Subscriptions/Departments
In enterprise scenarios, your organization may hold multiple subscriptions purchased at different times or for different departments. Each active subscription is displayed as a distinct table card.
Custom Naming: To easily identify a subscription (e.g., "Finance Dept License" or "Q1 Purchase"), hover over the subscription header name and click the Edit (Pencil) icon to rename it.
Live Add-On Management
ACCELQ offers specialized "Live Add-Ons" for packaged applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle.
Subscribed vs. Not Subscribed
Subscribed: Shows Add-ons currently active in your tenant, along with the license count (e.g., "50 User License").
Not Subscribed: Shows other available enterprise add-ons.
Tracking Consumption
Add-On licenses are consumed by users working within specific Projects that have the Add-On enabled.
To view usage details, click the dropdown arrow on a Subscribed Add-On row to reveal the Consumption Breakdown. You can toggle this view between "View by Project" and "View by User".
Note on Calculation: License consumption is calculated based on Unique Users at the Tenant level across all their assigned projects. This means if a single user is working across multiple projects that all utilize the same Add-On (e.g., Salesforce), that user will still only consume one license from the pool.
How to Assign Add-Ons
Add-Ons are enabled at the Project level.
A Project Admin must log in to their specific Project.
Navigate to Project Configuration > Live Add-Ons.
Enable the specific Add-On for that project.
Once enabled, users in that project will start consuming the available Add-On licenses.
Renewal and Expiration Alerts
The system provides visual cues to help you prevent service interruptions.
Standard View: Dates and statuses appear in standard grey/black text.
Renewal Alert: If a subscription is nearing its expiration date or has expired, the date fields and relevant status indicators will turn Red.
If you see red indicators, please contact your ACCELQ Account Manager to coordinate a renewal.

At the bottom of the page, you can view a checklist of Included Premium Features available to your Tenant based on your current plan, such as:

This section helps you verify that your tenant is provisioned with the correct enterprise capabilities.
