IP Whitelisting for Access Control

What is this?

IP Whitelisting lets you control who can access your ACCELQ tenant by specifying trusted IP addresses. Only connections from these whitelisted entries will be allowed, adding an extra layer of security.

How to Set Up:

You can whitelist:

• Individual IP addresses (e.g., 192.168.1.5)

• CIDR blocks (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24)

• IP Ranges (e.g., 192.168.1.5 - 192.168.1.20)

• Both IPv4 and IPv6 formats are supported.

Use the Edit option to add or remove entries as needed.

⚠️ Ensure your current IP is included before updating the IP whitelist to avoid losing access!

Best Practices:

• Only whitelist known and secure networks (e.g., office VPN, trusted cloud IPs).

• Avoid overly broad CIDR ranges unless necessary.

• Keep your IP list updated as network configurations change.
