Review/Edit Modularity in Autopilot Architect

The Modularity Screen displays Action modularity and parameterization recommendations based on Autopilot analysis. You can review these suggestions, confirm them, or apply necessary modifications before finalizing.

Action Renaming

• Rename an Action: Hover over the Action name and click to rename it.

Parameterization Edits

• Edit or Remove a Parameter: Click a parameter name (displayed with a boxed border) to rename, edit, or remove it.
• Add a New Parameter: Click an unparameterized input (highlighted in blue text) and define it as a parameter.
• Remove an Output Parameter: Click the bordered box representing the output parameter and choose to rename or remove it.
• Add an Output Parameter: Convert a non-output return value into an output parameter by clicking the return value variable and selecting the option.

Modularity Boundaries Edits

• Move a Statement to an Adjacent Action: Click the “...” icon next to the statement that needs to be moved to an adjacent Action. This is only applicable for statements at the boundaries of an Action grouping.
• Merge an Action with an Adjacent Action: Click the “...” icon in the Action header and select "Merge with..." to combine it with an adjacent Action.
• Split an Action into Two: Click the “...” icon in the Action header and select "Split Action". Choose the line number after which the Action should be split into a new Action.
