What is the difference between Tenant Admin and Project Admin privilege?

Tenant Admin has privileges to operate across all the assets belonging to the Subscription or Tenant. Tenant Admin can manage Projects (create, delete etc.) and manage Users on the system. A Tenant Admin is created when you sign up for ACCELQ subscription, who can then set up other projects, project admins etc.

A Project Administrator can configure a project that they are assigned to. Project customization and management are part of the privileges. Users can be assigned or de-assigned from the Project, and other users can be assigned as Project Admins.
