You can manage Action as an entity either from the context menu in Action grid or from the tool bar in the Action detail page. Various lifecycle steps as listed below are available.
Cloning an Action
Duplicates the current Action in the same Context. You will be prompted to provide new name to the cloned action.
Finding Action References
An Action may be referenced either from a Scenario or from other Actions. You can find references to a given Action either from the context menu in the Action grid or from the entity toolbar of an Action detail page. This listing provides an ability to assess the impact of any changes to this Action.
Refresh Action
Click on the Refresh icon on the top tool bar, to refresh the Action including the logic and element repository.
Deleting an Action
Click on the Delete icon on the top tool bar if you decide to delete the Action. This will invoke change-impact workflow to make sure the user understands the impact of Action deletion.
Change Impact
Change Impact in accelQ application identifies the potential consequences of a change and what possible step is needed to accomplish a change. Below is the list of Change Impacts that are possible for an Action based on various triggers:
