accelQ cleanly abstracts out the data layer from the Test Case or Scenario logic. When you write your Scenario, think about the steps necessary for the workflow and what permutations of data are relevant without being specific about the environment where the test may be executed.
In accelQ, you can customize a set of data environments and manage data variations centrally across these data environments. For example, you could maintain variations of data for Data Type and Global Parameters across different environments. Click on "Data Environments" link under "Project Configuration" to setup and manage Data Environments.
When you execute the tests, just select appropriate Data Environment in the Run modal and the accelQ runtime will automatically pick up corresponding data inputs for the test.
